MEET MIKE
Mike has emerged as a rising voice on humane and science-based dog training methodology and personal dog care in the Greater Cleveland area. His expertise and professionalism have positioned him as the go-to choice for many in Cleveland’s NFL, NBA, and AHL professional sports community.
Mike is a graduate of the Animal Behavior College's Certified Dog Training program. He holds the title of Canine Good Citizen and Temperament Test Evaluator for the American Kennel Club (AKC). In addition, he actively participates in a variety of respected professional organizations, including the Association of Professional Dog Trainers (APDT), Dunbar Academy of Top Dogs, International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants (IAABC), The Pet Professional Guild (PPG), International Boarding & Pet Services Association (IBPSA), Pet Sitters International (PSI), and the American Kennel Club (AKC).
Mike lives in North Ridgeville with his wife of 15 years, their teenage son, and two tween daughters. They are proud owners of four rescue dogs: a spirited Shepherd Mix pup from Istanbul and three charming Pugs rescued from Amish Country. Among the Pugs, two have special needs—one with a cleft palate and the other an amputee—both of whom were saved by Safe Harbor Animal Rescue. Their family stands as a testament to compassion and commitment to animal welfare.

Our organization employs only W2 employees, rather than utilizing 1099 independent contractors, ensuring that you are not engaging a novice dog walker who operates on an unpredictable basis.
Our personnel undergo thorough vetting and background checks to confirm a clean criminal history and satisfactory driving records.
Each staff member participates in a comprehensive training program, equipping them with the necessary skills in animal care and handling, as well as an understanding of company policies and procedures.
We currently employ a team of ten dedicated dog walkers and are in the process of expanding. This ensures that we will always have adequate coverage, allowing us to maintain a commitment to never canceling services.
We employ a smartphone application to facilitate seamless booking and payment processes, incorporating features such as time stamps, GPS tracking, photographic documentation, video recording, and comprehensive end-of-visit reporting.
